Easy Street Wheat Ale

An unfiltered wheat ale that is smooth and easy to drink. It's only 15 IBUs, pale colored and cloudy. Nice texture but could use a little more yeastiness. (If that's even a word.) It's not The Beerman's favorite but it's still good.

Eau Bénite

A triple fermented golden ale. Very smooth ale with just a hint of fruit. Great with crepes, pork beans, meat pies and grilled meats or by itself while sitting in the back yard. Like all Unibroue beers it ages well with a shelf life of over three years.

Édition 2004

A rich and heady beer with a spicy flavour (Beauty, eh?) and a nice crisp hoppy finish. At 10.5% alcohol this is serious knock-you-on-your-ass juice; not for Aspen Edge sipping girlie-men.

Éphémère Cassis (Black Currant)

A spicy barley, wheat, and currant ale on lees. It is very refreshing with just a hint of currant flavour (Canadian, eh?). It's a good dessert beer. This is the Beerman's favourite (more Canadian lingo) of this great series of beers.

Éphémère Pêche (Peach)

A spicy barley, wheat, and peach ale on lees. It is very refreshing with just a hint of peach flavour (For those of you in Canada, eh?). It's a good dessert beer. Women love this beer but at 5.5% alcohol it is plenty manly.

Éphémère Pomme (Apple)

A spicy barley, wheat, and apple wort ale on lees. It is very refreshing but sometimes the apple flavour (Canadian, eh?) is a little too much for the Beerman. It's a good dessert beer on a hot summer day. The Beerman knows that some folks say that fruit doesn't belong in beer, but this 5.5% alcohol brew could kick any light beer's butt.
